DERBY CITY CLASSIC REFUND POLICY

Player Tickets ($160)

  • Cancellations are accepted until January 15, 2026.

  • A $50 cancellation fee and $10 registration fee are non-refundable.

  • Approved cancellations will receive a $100 refund.

  • No refunds will be issued after January 15, 2026.

  • Please submit any cancellation requests through DigitalPool.com, the platform used for your original ticket purchase.

General Full Event Pass, General Daily Pass, and Spouse Passes

  • These passes are non-refundable once purchased.
